Design support that evolves alongside marketing

Teamleader is a software tool for sales, planning and invoicing. Studio Fox supported the marketing team for three years by providing a steady stream of marketing assets, working closely with the in-house teams. We operated on a fixed schedule and were regularly on site, ensuring we could adapt quickly and maintain consistency across all channels and formats.

Campaign assets

Ads that are quick to scan yet remain consistent

For campaigns, we created a series of banners and adverts in various formats. The focus was on a clear hierarchy, recognisable visuals and quick variations, so that the marketing team could test, refine and publish content without delay, whilst maintaining the brand style.

Product communication

Explaining features clearly in a single image

In addition to ads, we designed visuals that explain specific product features, suitable for social media, landing pages and internal communications. The challenge was always the same: to simplify complex information, highlight the benefits and ensure the message remained clear, even on mobile devices.

Editorial

White papers with a clear structure and a smooth reading flow

Brochures and leaflets for face-to-face meetings

For Work Smarter and Teamleader, we helped create long-form content such as white papers and magazines. We adapted the content into a layout that is easy on the eye, with clear headings, subheadings and graphic elements that support the narrative without overshadowing it.

We designed brochures and leaflets for the sales and marketing teams to use at events and meetings. The layout is designed to be quick to read, with enough detail for those who want to delve deeper and plenty of space to explain the story in person.

Content series

A distinctive illustration style for blog headers

For the Teamleader blog, we created a comprehensive series of colourful headers in a single, consistent illustrative style. This gives each article its own distinct character, whilst ensuring the whole still feels like a cohesive family and the blog remains visually recognisable.

Event visibility

Roll-up as a clear exhibition guide

For events, we designed roll-up banners that quickly convey the key message and practical information at the stand. With a clear hierarchy, legible typography and appealing graphics, the design guides visitors smoothly to the right information, without distracting from the conversation.

Work Smarter event

Speakers and visuals ready for the stage and social media

For Work Smarter, we created speaker visuals and content assets that can be used both on-screen and online. The same visuals needed to serve as announcements, event support and post-event content, whilst maintaining a consistent look throughout.

Imagine & define

We always quickly agreed on the objective, channel and timing, so that every piece of communication immediately fulfils its intended role and the content and form are perfectly aligned.

Design & build

We produced assets in a wide range of formats, from social media and adverts to editorial and event material, always maintaining the same visual style.

Use & engage

Thanks to the close collaboration and consistent workflow, Teamleader was able to continue publishing content that is recognisable, aligns with the brand style and is useful in real-world marketing and sales situations.

Acerta

Acerta supports start-ups and employers by providing guidance, tools and an extensive knowledge base. In this project, we took the first creative steps towards refreshing their website in line with their new branding. These prototypes were used as inspiration to further improve the live website step by step. We collaborated with Invisible Puppy on this project.
