Imagine & define
A clear brand experience for the life sciences sector
Ontoforce helps researchers and businesses gain insights more quickly through smart data and a user-friendly interface. Our task was to translate this story into consistent touchpoints that build trust and make the transition to a demo or consultation smoother. We laid a brand foundation that provides direction across all channels.
Branding
A visual style that works consistently throughout
We have brought together colours, typography, iconography and visual language into a concise brand book.
The result is recognisable and accessible, from product visuals to data visualisations. This consistent style minimises visual clutter in busy environments, keeps presentations clear and provides a clear framework for marketing.
Design & build:
Events
From exhibition stands to banners and displays on the floor
For events, we translated the brand language into a stand experience that promotes calm and focus. Key messages are clear and concise, large-format visuals draw the eye, and every wall guides visitors towards a demo or appointment. Screens, banners and handouts form a cohesive whole, ensuring that visitors understand what Ontoforce does in a matter of seconds.
Website
UX/UI design for HubSpot
The site runs on HubSpot. We provided the UX and visual design, tailored to the platform’s components and capabilities.
The structure quickly makes it clear what Ontoforce does, for whom, and with what results. A clear hero section with the value proposition, evidence from clients and case studies, product sections with concrete benefits, and a logical path to a demo or consultation at every stage. We provided Figma templates and guidelines to ensure smooth implementation in HubSpot.
Promote & measure
Social media
Visible, recognisable and shareable
We created a social media toolkit featuring templates for product updates, customer stories, white paper releases and event announcements. The visuals and copy are concise, recognisable and direct, with micro calls to action that link to the landing pages. The team can create and test variations independently.
Pitch deck
One story, many versions
We have created a presentation template where the structure and design are fixed, whilst the content remains flexible. Think of master slides for the problem, solution, product tour, customer case studies and results. Visuals and charts follow the same style as our website and events. This gives the sales team a presentation that can be quickly adapted to each target audience whilst always staying on brand.
Approach
One brand, multiple channels
The Ontoforce brand experience now feels cohesive, from the exhibition floor to the website and social media. Visitors find what they’re looking for more quickly and move on more smoothly to a demo or a consultation. The design system and modular structure make roll-out and optimisation faster and more cost-effective. The team can act independently and has resources that deliver results in real-world scenarios.
